1 維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)

應(yīng)根據(jù)使用頻率，做好注產(chǎn)品的維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)工作。

1.1注射器自動(dòng)識(shí)別的檢查

裝上不同規(guī)格的注射器，看看注射器的識(shí)別是否正確。若不正確，則應(yīng)送交維修，或在廠家的指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行校正。

1.2 藥液注射的檢查

放上空的注射器，啟動(dòng)藥液注射，觀察注射器的刻度示值是否與屏幕顯示的藥液注射量相符。

1.3 電池維護(hù)

本產(chǎn)品使用電池型號(hào)為18650-3S2P，11.1V，4400mAh；使用過(guò)程中應(yīng)注意以下幾點(diǎn)：

a)電池安裝方法：把電池放進(jìn)電池盒，將電池電纜與連接器連接，極性必須正確，裝上電池蓋，用螺絲刀擰緊電池蓋的螺釘；

b)電池拆卸方法：用螺絲刀松開(kāi)系統(tǒng)底部的電池蓋的固定螺釘，取下電池蓋，斷開(kāi)電池電纜連接器，取下電池；

c)長(zhǎng)期未開(kāi)機(jī)后使用，請(qǐng)先充電10小時(shí)；

d)連接交流電源線，交流指示燈亮起，不需開(kāi)機(jī)就可進(jìn)行內(nèi)置電池充電，電池充滿后以中速運(yùn)行可以維持3小時(shí)以上；

e)首次使用或注射泵長(zhǎng)時(shí)間未開(kāi)機(jī)后使用時(shí)，請(qǐng)先至少充電10小時(shí)；

f)內(nèi)置電池是消耗品。當(dāng)它耗盡衰竭時(shí)，必須進(jìn)行更換。如果需要更換電池，請(qǐng)與廠家或經(jīng)銷商聯(lián)系，切勿自行更換未經(jīng)驗(yàn)證的電池；

g)為了保證電池性能不下降過(guò)快，應(yīng)每六個(gè)月對(duì)電池進(jìn)行一次充放電，以激活電芯。在不插交流的情況下，讓注射泵運(yùn)行直到自動(dòng)關(guān)機(jī)，然后接上交流電，至少充電24小時(shí)。

1.4 清潔

注射泵應(yīng)時(shí)刻保持清潔?？捎萌彳浀臐癫歼M(jìn)行表面的清洗。不可使用蒸汽高壓滅菌器、乙醇和乙烯氧化物進(jìn)行消毒。

注：清洗和消毒前，必須關(guān)閉電源并斷開(kāi)交流電源線。

1.5 故障機(jī)的維修

所有發(fā)生故障的注射泵，使用者應(yīng)聯(lián)系廠家進(jìn)行維修，請(qǐng)勿自行維修或更換配件。

The maintenance work of the product should be done well according to the use frequency.

Checking automatic identification of syringe

Different syringes are loaded and identifications of syringes are observed. If the identification is not right， syringes should be sent to maintain or corrected with guidance of the factory.

Checking syringe of liquid medicine

An empty syringe is put， syringe of liquid medicine is started， the scale value of the syringe is observed if it meets syringe dose of liquid medicine displayed on the screen.

Battery maintenance

The battery type used by the product is 18650-3S2P， 11.1V， 4400mAh; following aspects must be looked out:

a)Battery installation method: putting the battery to the battery box， connecting the battery cable and connector， wherein the polarity is correct; loading the battery cover and screwing the screw of the battery cover by the screw driver;

b)Battery disassembling method: using the screw driver to release the fixed screw of the battery cover; taking down the battery cover， cutting off the cable connector and taking down the battery;

c)Please charging for 10 hours after the device is not started in a long period;

d)Connecting the alternating-current power wire till that the alternating-current indicator light lightens; charging the built-in battery without starting; after charging fully， maintaining work for more than 3 hours in a middle speed;

e)At least charging for 10 hours when the syringe pump is used firstly or is not started in a long period;

f)Because the built-in battery is consumable， the battery must be changed when it is exhausted. If needing to change the battery， please contacting the factory or agency， avoiding changing the unchecked battery by self;

g)In order to ensure that the battery performance does not decline quickly， charging/discharging the battery every six months so as to activate the battery core. Making the syringe pump operate till closing automatically on a condition without alternating current， and then connecting the alternating-current power and at least charging for 24 hours.

Cleaning

Keeping the syringe pump clean at all times， using the soft wet cloth to clean the surface， and avoiding the autoclave sterilizer， ethanol and ethylene oxide from sterilizing.

Note: before cleaning and sterilizing， closing the power and cutting off the alternating-current power wire.

Maintenance of fault device

User should contact the factory to maintain the fault syringe pumps and should not maintain or change parts by self.
